Career Development: CWiB ensures our members feel informed and supported while making recruiting and career decisions in a variety of functions and industries. With the generous support of our corporate sponsors, we hold numerous events to connect our members with their career goals.

Empower to Empower: CWiB holds workshops to develop valuable skill sets outside of the classroom and bring featured speakers to campus to inspire personal growth. We also look to facilitate opportunities for our members to develop these skills as we support each other in our individual endeavors.

Celebration: We believe achievements, both individual and collective, deserve to be celebrated. Each quarter, CWiB organizes socials and outings to strengthen our connections through community, common interests, and friendship.
